Seven points of mind training : meditation and incorporate into daily lives

I wanted to share this thought with you all, since you may have seen the brochure for my upcoming tour to Asia, Europe, and probably also the United States and Canada.

I will be concentrating on the Seven Points of Mind Training by Chekawa, and I will also focus in particular on meditation during these sessions. The reason for this is that, in my opinion, it is through relying on meditation that we are able not only to learn about the Kadampa teachings, but also to put them into practice in our daily lives so that we may make our lives meaningful. Therefore, we will not simply be studying the Kadampa tradition, but most importantly, we will focus on how we can incorporate the wise advices from these teachings into our day-to-day lives.
