Aggression is a reflection of insecurity and dissatisfaction in a person. Such act is not just harmful and destructive to everybody but it is more harmful to the aggressor himself or herself. It is an act that we should never entertain and nurture.

Once, if we let aggression takes root inside our heart, it will destroy us and bring our down fall. Many people may have different explanations about what brave heart means. Personally, I believed that someone who is able to maintain calmness and a peaceful state of mind, while anger, selfishness and pride are raging around us..that is being brave!
